Who I Am
My name is Tim and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am the dedicated and passionate Family Therapist behind Peaceful Living. I started this online class to expand my reach of help. As my schedule began to fill and eventually became booked out for weeks here at my local private practice, I felt stuck like I could only help a limited amount of people. I feel I have so much to offer and knew there had to be another solution, and that's how Peaceful Living was born.
I have worked in the mental health field now for 13+ years. Through my personal and professional journey I have come to realize how I can best help others. I have created an outline of how people can process their personal background, manage their emotions, strengthen their relationships, and find that inner confidence and peace that people are so desperately looking for. What I teach is heavily based off the science of the brain and human behavior. I have helped hundreds of individuals, couples and families overcome their personal trauma and truly thrive.
Why Peaceful Living?
After years of experiencing people come to me with anxiety, depression, addictions, broken relationships, turmoil and more I discovered there is a common theme. People want peace in their life. They want to find inner peace with themselves, and peace with the people they are surrounded by on a consistent basis. However, this isn't always easy to create.
In order to find that peace, that joy, that confidence you must first look within yourself. Every person I encounter, no matter their background, has trauma. Some more profound, some more common, some astounding. But everyone has trauma.
The beauty of the brain, however, is that it is adaptive. It is constantly learning, growing, and changing. I will take you on a journey to allow your brain to heal, move forward, and live peacefully.
